令和6年度の情報セキュリティe-Learningの受講を開始しました。

学生・教職員の皆さんが情報セキュリティへ正しい理解を深め，安全な利用ができるように，
毎年の受講が必須となっておりますので，期限までに確実な受講をお願いします。

e-Learningの最後には過去一年を振り返る自己点検がありますので，
ご自身の情報セキュリティに関わる日常の行動を見直すきっかけとしてください。

○受講期間
　2024年3月27日（水）～2024年5月31日（金）

○所要時間
　15分程度

○受講方法
　①情報セキュリティe-Learning/岡山大学moodleページにアクセス
　　・ログイン画面が表示された場合、「岡大IDとパスワード」を入力してログインしてください。
　　・「登録オプション」画面が表示された場合、「私を登録する」をクリックしてください。
　　　※「ゲストアクセス」となっている場合、岡大IDでログインする必要がありますので、
　　　　「続ける」をクリックしてください。

　②日本語版・英語版いずれかの「テスト」を選択し受講してください。

　③最高評点「70点」以上で合格（受講済）です。
　　最高評点「70点」以上になるまで繰り返し受講してください。

○注意事項等
　※複数IDをご利用の方※
　　いずれか一つのIDで受講いただければ結構です。
　
　※学部新入生の方※
　　必修科目である「情報処理入門１」でご案内します。
　
　※教職員の方※
　　期限内の受講がない場合，岡大IDの利用停止措置を実施いたします。
　　岡大IDが利用停止になりますと，学内ネットワーク（及び事務職員については事務情報システム）への接続ができなくなります。

The Information Security e-Learning for FY2024 has begun.

This course is mandatory for all students, faculty and staff
to deepen their understanding of information security and to ensure safe use of information.
As it is mandatory every year, please make sure to take it by the due date.

At the end of the e-Learning, there is a self-inspection to review the past year.
Please take this opportunity to review your daily activities related to information security.

○Due date
　 Friday, May. 31, 2024

○Time required
　about 15 minutes

○How to take the course
　①Access Information Security e-Learning
　　・If login page appears after that, enter your "Okadai ID and password" to log in.
　　・If "Enrollment options" page appears, click "Enroll me" button.
　　　※If you have guest access, you must click "Continue" to log in with your Okadai ID.

　②Select either the Japanese or English version of "TEST".

　③If the highest grade is "70" or higher, you will pass.
　　Please repeat the test until the highest grade has been "70" or higher.

○Notes.
　※If you are using multiple IDs※
　　You only need to take the course with one of them.
　
　※New undergraduate※
　　This information will be provided in the required course "Introduction to Information Processing 1".

　※Faculty and staff※
　　If you do not take the course by the due date, we will suspend the use of your Okadai ID.
　　If your Okadai ID is suspended, you will not be able to connect to the campus network
　　 (and the administrative information system for administrative staff).
